There are so many ways we can work together to accomplish your goals for yourself or your team. Below are some common categories, but nearly anything can be custom-designed to meet your individual or team's needs. Services can be a la carte or combined into a mega-package. My main goal is to add value to you and/or your team in the method that serves you best.

Formats available: Individual sessions, Group or Team sessions, Lunch & Learn, Mastermind Groups, Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Retreats
Individual Coaching
This format would be 1-on-1 individualized coaching. Topics can range from personal or professional themes - or even a mixture of both. I take a client-centered approach, which means you're in the driver's seat. You come to each meeting with your own agenda that I follow. I function as your co-pilot, assisting you in whatever manner you need. If you need support, whether it's just being a good listener or providing some kind of feedback, I'm there for you. If you need me to brainstorm ideas or hash through options with you, I can do that too. My job is to be there just for you. Now where else are you going to get that kind of focused attention and care?!
The coaching engagement could be any length of time. However, the longer the engagement, the greater the results. For individuals, my recommendation is at least 3 months but longer is better. This is because it takes time for new thoughts, ideas, perspectives, actions, habits & reactions to form and take hold. It takes longer than we typically think to start developing crucial skills of creating self-awareness and recognizing patterns. It also takes a while for trust to build up between coach & client. This foundation of trust is vital for honesty and vulnerability to occur. This is when the real magic happens as you begin to see transformational change occur!
Group & Team Coaching
Team coaching is designed for preexisting teams, as in people who already work together. Topics could focus on anything the team needs, such as tackling problematic areas, improving teamwork & communication, gaining momentum, fine-tuning skills, etc. Group coaching is more about gathering people together to explore certain topics, which could focus on anything. The sky's the limit!

Consulting
Consulting takes a different approach from coaching. As a consultant, I would come to your organization for observation, investigation, and evaluation. This could include participating in meetings, watching team dynamics, conducting interviews with key personnel, doing informal walk-arounds, and other related activities to allow me to get a good grasp on the situation, culture, dynamics, and environment. Next, I would make proposals for recommended actions based off of my findings. Implementing and executing any new systems, plans, or methodologies would be the following steps. Training and follow-up would be crucial activities at this point to see you through to the finish line.
Team Building
Team building can happen through challenging tasks, relational activities, game playing, scavenger hunts, or any other number of fun ways!

One of my favorite ways to bring teams together through both meaningful discussion and encouragement is THE LEADERSHIP GAME. Seriously, a 2 hour session of The Leadership Game can accomplish a surprising level of impact in the way of fostering significant interactions that address important topics for the team regarding both the nature of the work & the relationships. It's a heart-warming, non-threatening way to go both deep and wide with your team creating newfound appreciation for one another's strengths & value to the team.
